We can help you enroll in programs such as Medi-Cal, Covered CA and Cal-Fresh. You do not have to be a member of NAHC to get help with insurance enrollment.
Your Enrollment Appointment
In order to determine your eligibility for free or low-cost healthcare insurance, you’ll need to bring the following documents (for all members of your household) to your enrollment appointment:
- Photo ID
- Paystub or other proof of income
- Proof of address
- Medical insurance documents
- Social Security card
- Birth certificate
